KIDS IN THE KITCHEN are celebrating 40 years in one of their rare shows! Featuring all of the original members, Scott Carne, Claude Carranza, Bruce Curnow and Craig Harnath will be performing songs from their double platinum debut album "Shine", including Top 10 singles Change in Mood, Bitter Desire, Something That You Said and Current Stand. With a selection of songs from their second album, "Terrain", with hits Say It, Revolution Love and Out of Control. Don’t miss Kids in the Kitchen as they take you back in a time machine, recreating the sounds of era like no other! WAWANEE was one of the biggest New Wave acts to emerge from Australia in the early 80s fronted by Steve Williams and Paul Gray who formed the band in 1985. WAWANEE will be smashing out the big hits Stimulation, I Could Make You Love Me, Sugar Free, One and One (Ain’t I Good Enough) and many more Guitarist and songwriter Steve Williams pays tribute to Paul Gray in a very special and heartfelt performance. Steve and band celebrate the songs and sound of WAWANEE in a show that will have you reliving the magic of the 80s. ZAN will be showcasing songs from her new 80s electro dance funk/soul album. Zan’s beautiful voice is an abiding part of the Australian music landscape. In the 80’s, she came to prominence out front of Melbourne’s iconic pop funk band I’m Talking with Kate Ceberano, Zan’s lead vocals shine on one of the bands biggest hits ‘Holy Word’, which is still considered a trail- blazing Australian classic today. The Corner Hotel Matinee show with be accompanied by who we consider to be the best 80s and most eclectic DJ going, Jason Buchanan.
